A truly spectacular Blue Mountains home, it won the 2014 NSW Architecture Award, and features the best of luxury accommodation in a stunning location. Only a heartbeat away from the famous Jenolan Caves, use the house as a base to visit the stalactites and stalagmites of the various nearby caverns, or explore the numerous hiking and walking trails through the eucalyptus forests the Blue Mountains have to offer.
The interiors of the home itself are a true testament to luxury living with a unique blend of futuristic design and high-market indulgence. Designed over three years by renowned architect Peter Stutchbury, this invisible house in the beautiful Blue Mountains celebrates the elements of the homes natural surroundings. After rainfall, the skylight catches the waters and performs as a prominent design feature a natural movement of water on the roof filters the light seeping into the house to create a dramatic effect and a play on light. With contemporary design, an open plan living area will welcome you into the home to ensure comfort and style. Four bedrooms will allow you to comfortably sleep up to eight guests, so no one will miss out on the brilliance of this mountain home. A designer kitchen will delight your inner chef and allow you to prepare a gourmet meal to be enjoyed in the outdoor entertaining areas that features a fire-pit so the cold wont put a damper on the evening. With underfloor heating and two combustion wood fireplaces, you are sure to stay warm and cosy, even throughout the chilly winters.
